I get it. As a mother of 6, I know how hard it is to deal with procrastination, anxiety, and perfectionism. And that’s with just ONE of my college-bound seniors 😮‍💨. 

On my maiden college voyage, even the sheer number of school choices was overwhelming! Plus, there were college visits, crafting the personal statement, managing dozens of supplemental essays, and looming deadlines. I tried to stay afloat by guiding my senior, keeping up at work, AND managing the rest of my crew. 

It was too much. I was drowning.

I started looking for a lifeline of professional help and serendipitously was hired by a nationally renowned College Planner.

Now, a decade later, I’m captaining my own ship and have partnered with nearly 200 families, helping them smoothly sail through over 3,000 essays. And now I pay it forward as I help seniors gain admittance to their top colleges, sometimes earn financial awards, and turn the often-dreaded essay writing process around with proven group and one-on-one guidance.

With my help, teens painlessly discover their best topic. I gently draw their deepest story and insights to the surface. And together, we systematically take their personal statement from draft to done - with 10 rounds of edits. 

And the best news? 

I’m not mom. The students listen to me as a trustworthy mentor, follow through on my feedback and suggestions (that their parents sometimes request), and get their essays completed, and applications submitted without weeks/months of needless angst and overwhelm.
